Human Resource Manager
Scope of work
- Responsible for employee payroll, income tax, and employment permission.
- Design / recommend compensation, benefits packages, employee relation and develop fair HR policies, and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Prepare employees for assignments and learning development by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Manage and act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues and employees’ grievances i.e. counseling employees and supervisors.
- Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
- Recommend activities or strategies which could support the development of organization’s system and the image of organization.
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
Qualification/ Requirement
- Female or Male
- At least 5 year-experience in working in the position or related field.
- Have knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members.
- Basic computer skill such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational management skills.
